Together, Envoy and AirlineGeeks are providing aviation enthusiasts with a special way to commemorate National Aviation Day. Twelve fortunate national contest winners were chosen to have a behind-the-scenes look at Envoy’s Embraer full-motion simulators at Avenger Flight Group.
Envoy’s recent purchase of two brand-new Embraer 175/170 full-motion simulators was on display at the event. Pilots from Envoy gave participants the opportunity to seize the reins.
Attendees enjoyed simulator time in addition to a tour of the Avenger Flight Group facility and career guidance from a few airline employees.

A social media competition with hundreds of entries yielded the participants. For the event, aviation enthusiasts traveled to Irving, Texas, from as far away as Arizona and California.
President Franklin Delano Roosevelt created National Aviation Day in 1939. The occasion honors the birthday of Orville Wright as well as the numerous accomplishments of aviation pioneers throughout history.
